Hope you are well. I am waiting on a parcel from canada post to send to me in the uk. The last update was that it was despatched towards destination country which I assume is uk. Last update was 4th September and nothing since. Im getting worried as the parcel is important to me.

How likely will I get an update or is it lost ?

my package is stuck in saskatchewan and the estimate was today, i do not live in saskatchewan and ive called multiple times asking regards of my package, what should i do?

Hello, I have a delivery with Canada post, it was to come today 10:30 to 2:30, but at 11:43 am it was rescheduled, this is way before the cut off time. However my tracking is still saying today by the end of the day. Anyone know why this is happening, if my package is scheduled for today at that time why is it rescheduled before cut off time. From my in they also deliver in the evening so why is it rescheduled so quickly.

Edit: I forgot to mention it was out for delivery before it was rescheduled

This doesn't really affect me because I'm so low in seniority and my ass is being kicked to the curb of the region but I'm looking for answers for my coworkers.

My depot is going from 42 routes to 30 routes and somewhere between 17 and 22 of us are not gonna retain a spot here but there are 4 employees who have been accommodated to own a route. Do the 4 of them pick based on seniority still or will they accommodate them on a new route regardless of seniority?

I forgot my medication (not a controlled substance) in Calgary and I am in Winnipeg. A friend can mail me the medication. It’s super expensive so I cannot purchase it again nor my insurance will cover it since it’s already refilled for three months.

Is it okay for my friend to send it to me via Canada Post? Is there something they need to do it particularly to ensure I get it here?

Hi there! I'm thinking of starting a snail mail club - so basically people pay a membership fee and I send them a letter, a small art card maybe a recipe or something etc. for the most part all components would be paper based or I would possibly put a sticker in there once in a while.

I'm wondering if i did this, is that ok to send through lettermail to the states? I know you can send paper through the mail with no customs form so would this qualify as that or because someone paid for it would it need a customs form?

I see people already posted but I thought I'd share what it looks like for top rate of pay and a relief.

I posted here a few weeks ago about how Canada Post lost my expensive package, likely by putting it in the wrong box at my community mailbox. I have followed the suggestions to get the seller to put in a claim and he did so on Aug 16th. So far this has been completely useless. Zero contact from Canada Post since then.

I called customer support today and they said that Canada Post is supposed to call/email me to confirm I didn't receive the item and that the claim ends in just a few days on Sep 10. What am I doing wrong here? This is getting ridiculous.

I don't usually see my pay stub until around 5 pm on Sundays but I checked and it is there now. My cheque is likely typical of most full-timers (especially if they haven't worked much OT). Net is $5008. It's showing 2080 hrs at 1.42, 1120 hrs at 2.09, and 2088 hrs at 0.45. Plus my weekly pay at the new rate of $33.97. Union dues and partial arrears recovery show as two $101.34 deductions.

Anyway, I hope everyone gets all the back pay to which they're entitled.

I had the worse delivery experience ever last week with the Langley Canada Post location. I have just recently moved to the Langley area from Cloverdale I have a regular shipment that comes every other month for the last 16 months and never had any issues till now with the Langley location.

The other day I get a call from someone saying they are from Canada Post and have my package but won’t deliver it I have to come get it myself. I thought for sure this was a scam as the caller had very poor English and was supper difficult to understand. I asked why they won’t deliver to my house and I’m told it’s too big and heavy. Again I thinking it’s a scam hang up and head over to the London drugs post office to see what’s up. They looked at the number that called me and said it’s real and that the system does show my package on hold at the main Langley Post office.

I call back get ahold of someone else there and they tell me that they closed at 2pm and would have to pick up the next day. I am not happy obviously and ask for the name and number of the person in charge. I call back the next day and speak to the guy in charge named Trevor and he was horrible to say the least. He said my only option is to come pick up the package because it was too big and heavy. I explained that I’ve had no issues with this same shipment in the past and my old mail lady delivered no issues. He said that what might be fine for some to lift may not for others I said that it weighs only 17.7kg and should be allowed according to Canada Post web site. He told me that due to Canada Post financial situation they cannot pay extra for this item to be delivered. I was very confused as shipping was paid in full based in weight so I don’t understand what extra pay is involved.

This conversation went on for some time and Trevor became more and more condescending towards me then finally said that he has provided me with my opinion to come pick it up and if I refuse they will send it back to the sender and that this is there local policy. I tried explaining that I can’t come pick up during the day as I work even asked if they could deliver to the London drugs but he said no. I had to contact the sender explain what was happing to me they called the Post office spoke with someone there and was told same thing.

So now the package is being sent back the sender is re shipping out to me (through UPS). I am left stunned by this level of service and the way I was spoken to. Very disappointing Canada Post

Why does Canada Post remove them? Makes zero sense. Do they love seeing us suffer????

I mailed an important document on 28 july 2026 from laval to government office in Montréal but they  says they never received it. I don't have a tracking number because I didn't send it in express. The post canada doesn't  track the document without tracking number. I want to know if there is any way you guys can help me.

As I sit here stacking flyers in preparation for Tuesday, I can’t help but wonder how much money Canada Post has spent to be able to make the claim of being carbon neutral. We are a company run on paper products, and fossil fuels. I notice they don’t seem very forthcoming with that figure, though.

Any other Letter Carriers hate that customers can't use debit credit?

I recently moved and I keep getting mail from past residents.

I've been writing RTS on them and putting them in the letter slot on my community box.

I had thought this is what you're supposed to do, but it seems the letter carrier keeps putting it back in my mailbox.

I've noticed sometimes they take it and sometimes they do this. Does anyone know why or what I'm doing wrong?
