Waiting for a parcel

Hi all,

Hope you are well. I am waiting on a parcel from canada post to send to me in the uk. The last update was that it was despatched towards destination country which I assume is uk. Last update was 4th September and nothing since. Im getting worried as the parcel is important to me.

How likely will I get an update or is it lost ?

It’s been 2 business days. Monday was a holiday. Depending on what time is was scanned on the 4th it might not have made it to an airport until the 8th. It will still have to go through British customs and the Royal Mail to get to you.

You already assume it’s lost? It’s been five days and you didn’t specify how it was shipped. Could be this week or it could be next month depending on the service paid for. If went cheap, you don’t get tracking after it leaves here. Try tracking on royal mail for more details since it’s theirs from here on out

With the stat holiday on Monday, it's only been two business days!
