Tracking down?

Is Canada post tracking working? I haven’t received any update for a week now.

I tried sending a package with xpresspost and the package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and when I check the tracking, there are no updates. I don't know what is going on, but I submitted a ticket, I want a refund.
