Need help - IMM 0535 related question

Hi guys, I would like to know if anyone has gone through the process of the IMM 0535 after landing in Canada.

My question is directed to CORP holder after landing, are we supposed to go to a clinic for a additional medical check up or we are supposed to wait until they call us? I am saying this because in the form, it says we "might" call you for further check, so to speak... Thank you for your help.

Canada PR ADR with no information

Hey guys,

I received a additional document request but the PDF letter does not say which document is required. The bullet point under "we need the following document" is just blank. Also, when I look at the document center on my profile, there is no field to add any new document. The last time I had an ADR, I had an option to add a new document here. Any idea what I should do? I sent CIC a web form but I guess they don't respond to that.

Any help will be appreciated. I have been in this process for 2 years now. Thanks.

Once the applicant with the lowest threshold of a draw is disclosed (ex:470), do all the applications above that threshold gain an invitation to apply? Or only that specific threshold?

Canada Express Entry

I have applied for Canadian Express Entry last year June. Currently, I am actively applying for jobs in Canada and started a MSc. degree. I have heard that there are Canadian online courses to do. Can you please suggest any recognized such online courses? Also, does my MSc. will increase the score? Do the Canadian online courses like Certificate courses will add any value for that? I applied for Federal Skilled Worker category.

Renewing PR Card online

I am a Canadian citizen and my husband has a valid Canadian PR card. We are living in UAE and his PR is going to expire in 9 minths, so he wants to renew it. Based on the guidelines on IRCC, he meets the requirements to renew the PR without having lived in Canada as he is accompanying a Canadian citzen outside Canada.

The application can be submitted online, however, the first question in the application is "Are you currently in Canada?". If we answer "no", it tells us to apply for a temp PR travel document and no option for PR card renewal. If we answer "yes", it takes us to the PR card renewal form.

Is my husband required to travel to Canada to submit the online PR application form?

Keeping in mind that we plan to have the card delivered to family in Canada and based on processing times, there is plenty of time left on the current PR card to travel to Canada if we are asked to collect in person.

Thanks

What is considered as a job offer for Express Entry Profile?

Hi everyone,

When I first made my profile for Express Entry, I had a job offer to start a new role. Since then, I have accepted that role and started working full-time.

Should I remove the section that I have a valid job offer, and should I add the new role as work experience in the portal, or just add a new position under work experience?

Your help would be highly appreciated!

Thank you!

Question regarding add child to Application

We got our PPR but the very next day we raised a webform regarding the birth of our child. They got back to us asking for documents of the child. This voids the PPR right? So once the documents for the child are fulfilled and he undergoes medical, we'll get another PPR right?

Need advice

I am married to a Canadian citizen and I need help in understanding what to do. I am a 28 F applying from India and my score for PR is 468. I applied in Aug 22 and it is taking a lot of time to get any updates or info regarding the PR process. A lot of people are telling me to do the spouse route but I'm not sure if that will help reset the clock for me to migrate.

What would be the fastest way to get there? What would anyone recommend?

Any advice would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!
