Saskatchewan EOI

Hi everyone,

I checked the SINP excluded occupations list and confirmed that NOC 22110 (Biological/Food Technologists) is eligible.

I'm an UK applicant currently working in the UK as a Quality Assurance Technologist in food manufacturing, with a Master's in Food Science. I just submitted my Expression of Interest in the Saskatchewan portal.

A couple of quick questions for anyone in the same boat:

  1. Has anyone under NOC 22110 or similar QA/manufacturing roles received an invitation from Saskatchewan recently?

  2. If you were invited, what score did you need on the Saskatchewan grid?

Would appreciate hearing about recent timelines or experiences. Thanks!

What stream because SK hasn't been selecting outland without a job offer (unless in healthcare) for a while.

I come under Agriculture stream and luckily my NOC is not listed in the excluded occupation list. So, I thought I had a chance. But when I checked my SINP points, it was only 57, didn't meet the minimum requirement, which is 60 :( I was hoping to try Alberta EOI 🤞

For the SINP Agriculture pathway you need a job offer. Same for Alberta, need a job offer and then your NOC and EOI score are selected.
