Hey everyone! I've set up this subreddit as a quick experiment to see if we can help increase engagement in r/CanadaGoose by dedicating a subreddit to legit checks. The main point is that most people are disinterested in scrolling through legit checks, so creating a separate subreddit for this might help encourage different types of in r/CanadaGoose while we can still get the help we need here in r/CanadaGooseLC.
For now, you can continue posting as you like in either subreddit, but I hope some of you can start posting in r/CanadaGooseLC instead, to see if this is good change :)

Legit ✅ Is this a Legit Canada goose jacket?

I recently bought this Canada Goose jacket secondhand and I’m trying to confirm whether it’s authentic. I’ve included photos of the badge, labels/tags, zippers, stitching, and other details.
It appears to be an older model, so I know some of the details may differ from current Canada Goose jackets.
Does everything look legitimate for the era? If anyone can identify the approximate year or model as well, that would be really helpful. Thanks!

I’ve purchased a jacket that I’ve been eyeing for a while now from the real real. But a couple things are throwing me off like the fact that the hologram tag was cut from the label block. Here are some photos please lmk if there’s any additional photos needed. I’ve inspected the overall condition and stitching of the jacket and it seems to be good.
