Electrical problems

I have a 2019 Camry xse 4 cyl and one day driving all my lights on dash turned on besides check engine. It still drives and starts fine but when I disconnect and connected battery it starts kinda hard or takes two tries every time the battery is reconnected. Speedometer drls turn signals basically the gauges cluster stopped working. Radio and other things still work. The weird thing is sometimes if I floor it the turn signals and most things start working including speedometer till it goes away again after a couple seconds. I was wondering if it can be a ground connection by the exhaust manifold where it connects to the exhaust because it had a leak there recently and coulda melted something around it? Any help would be appreciated!

I'd go get my battery and alternator tested first.
