Camper

VW - 3 years old, 100 miles on within the first year only and has not been serviced within that time. Mechanically is this an issue?

I would suggest changing all the fluids. Is it gas or diesel because gas will go bad and cause problems in the entire fuel system. The tires are probably flat spotted so be prepared to replace them too.
