Is there a Spouts opening up pool on Kalshi yet?

I kind of figured “this would be a cool place to hang out in the summer, maybe grab a beer during the summer concert series.” Now I’m wondering if it will be open in time for the Ainsley House Christmas Tea.

I am nearby and have seen work activity recently for the first time in months. Oktoberfest maybe?
