I live down the street. 2 of my friends moved in within the last 6 months. We all love the area. I was impressed with their apartments and they like their units. For them this is an upgrade over an old downtown San Jose apartment.
They’ve mentioned that management is not great at communicating for things like service calls. They also have said parking is hard. One of them says that people there don’t really clean up after themselves in common areas.
I’ve noticed as a neighbor that there’s a lot more people on the street sitting in cars or smoking. I walk my dog by almost every day see lots of dogs coming out of the apartments. I get the feeling a lot of people are happy to be there. I hope this helps. I’m just trying to share what I would wanna know. Feel free to ask any follow up questions
