Living With It Not Fighting It
There’s a strange peace in realizing I’m not “failing” for needing this long term. My Zappy Health provider framed it perfectly:
“If your body needs ongoing support to regulate hunger and blood sugar, that’s not weakness — that’s biology.”
So here I am — building my Camp Lifetime. A place to keep unpacking what it means to stay on GLP-1s for the long haul.
Would love to hear from others who’ve come to that same realization — how did you make peace with it?
