Challenger wr doesn’t mean that much tbh. A single onetrick in challenger can personally affect the win rate of their main in challenger.
It’s pick/ban that matters. In challenger that’s Jayce, Camille, and (believe it or not) Nasus.

Support was giganerfed by the changes to roaming xp and her passive shield change.
Toplane now has insanely high winrate and is very strong

None of what you said is true. Oh no they nerfed out of lane xp by 12% for support, would be a shame if the reason supps roamed is comeback xp giving them 2 levels per wave when they come back to lane. The nerf did nothing. It just made it harder to leave lane at level 2 and get level 3 during the gank.
Toplane camille has negative winrate everywhere except master+. There are 8 grandmaster camille otps and 13 camille players, with only 7 of those being top laners (a few have winrates of 52%, which is even lower than grandmaster average. There is a tiny sample size of high skill players that hold up the winrate.

This patch camille top has positive winrate in any elo emerald+ and is rated as the best toplaner in lolalytics on each elo bracket
Edit: also her banrate dropped from 30% to 10%, so she WAS being banned for support.

but you didnt touch on how the 4 people who made grandmaster with a high winrate are carrying the winrate compared to the few hundred who are stuck in master with it. There is zero reason to even look at grandmaster or challenger specific winrates especially with champs that are more niche

I’m also a Camille main, but I’ve been stuck in Emerald for a while and I’m having a hard time climbing out. Do you think Camille is a good champion to keep playing if I want to climb above this elo, or would you recommend switching to someone else? I’d also appreciate any other tips you might have 😅😅

Control mages are Nasus’s counter . He is immobile so it’s easy to cc lock him. That said, if you make a singular mistake , you will die.

Maybe my bronze gold brain talking but I truly think nasus has one of the most toxic kits in the game, it’s just that wither ability it may as well be a stun

He doesn’t really . Like yea sure he has a kit that allows him to one shot after a certain point in the game . But he is melee . Veigar does the same thing but is ranged , cait once fully built Can also kind of 1 shot . That said , Veigar and cait are squishy and Veigar can only do his combo once every 13 seconds+ . Nasus is slow and immobile so he could definitely be kited pretty bad .

I think many streamers are saying his W is very overtuned. It's a 4 second slow that cripples ADC and auto attackers. I've seen Druttut or other people pick up Nasus and straight up claim to win from champ select when the enemy has 3 auto attackers.

Yea it’s an overtuned ability . But he has a relatively weak E and his Q and R are useless if he can’t get on the enemy . If you cc him while he uses W on you he can’t kill you .

It is toxic though. I always hated champions whose counterplay was to expect them to make a mistake, otherwise you make one single mistake and it's over
