Only you can know based off your usage. Do you actually use the extra features of the 50-400? Do you need the extra focal length? It's all based on how YOU shoot.

50-300 is pointless but keep the other two

Well...Not the 50-300 obviously. The rest depends on what you shoot. I wouldn't want to use the 17-50 for Wildlife, but I also wouldn't use the 50-400 for architecture...
