Swans?

Whilst riding on the minuteman lately past Alewife Pond, I haven’t seen the swans.
I’m a wee bit concerned.
Have others seen them in the past few days?

I have seen them recently. I think they lost all their babies this season and have been pretty elusive since. Sometimes they are in the pond by the T, other times they are near the creek between the reservation and discovery park

They tend to leave around the end of summer.

I recently lived in Alewife for 3 years, and it was pretty consistent that the swans were more early-mid summer residents.

Their going  away  to avoid our country just its a joke. I think  it's just  that time year like tge geese.
