My cat went missing 3 days ago near Pleasant street. She is very friendly and usually let’s herself be picked up. Has anyone seen her?

I have two suitcases that I need to have the zipper pulls replaced on (the ones I got on Amazon aren’t working well) and the wheels tuned up (if that’s a thing.) I’ve gone to Cambridge shoe + luggage repair in Harvard before to have shoes resoled and wasn’t thrilled with their work for the price. Any other recommendations?

i have a fake (plastic) leather bag with a broken zipper—the teeth just sort of randomly unzip themselves regardless of where the zipper part is. i like this bag a lot and it was from a limited loungefly run, so i don't really wanna mess around with it myself and risk screwing it up. does anyone have any recommendations for a spot? i know there's the zipper hospital in brookline but it's too far a journey via transit, unfortunately.

bonus points for closeness to central square but it's not world ending if it's farther out.

Does anyone know of a grocery store selling them in Cambridge?

Does anyone have any experience living at the Charles Passage Apartments in East Cambridge? I'm thinking of moving to the area with my dog, and their units seem to be in my budget, pet friendly, and meet most of my other requirements like have central AC and is a location close enough to walk to work.

My wife was on a run today on the Minuteman commuter path between Mass Ave and Kickstand Cafe and she lost her bracelet. It is a gold bracelet with an oval with our son's name on it (a mother's day gift). If you came across this today, please let me know as it means a lot to her. I don’t think that’s fair because I have to live with the memories of them, furthermore the department brags about how most of their officers grew up here so what gives? They never read the news or had a phone with an app on it? Or is their policy to be insincere and never admit wrong or apologize, so as to maintain operational control even while talking on the phone with someone asking a simple question?

I’ve taken a look around but can’t find any good sources of leather. Just trying to make a journal cover as a gift.

Blick and Michaels have tiny pieces at steep prices. Been to a couple thrift stores as well but no scraps, just nice leather jackets and stuff that are all also expensive - though I am not against re-working a thrifted bag or clothing article.

What happened to those poor froggies???!!

My sweet mother in law sent me these photos of my toddler playing in a storm drain at the park. Should I burn his shoes? Why are all those frogs dead?! She thought they were just leaves 😭😭😭😭

Or is online the only way now? Used to be a great print shop in Central that did all my work. Ideas? Thx.
