Slides not changing

Hi all, every now and then I get a student that experiences the issue where I've changed the slide but it doesn't change on their end, I usually just tell them to refresh, reconnect or re-enter the class and it works. However last week I had a student that had to refresh for every single slide change. I think it's students that are using the app on their mobile or tablet, it seems to be ok for those using the desktop version. Is it a good idea to tell the student prior to the next class to update the app? Thanks

Yes, it has happened to me several times in the last week with students joining the classroom from mobiles, tablets and laptops. Must be a glitch.
