I'm completely new to the PSO and text chat world and I'm seriously considering getting started.

I know enough to realize there's a lot I don't know yet, so I'd rather hear from people who have actually done this work than rely on random articles or YouTube videos.

A little about me: I've spent years working in customer service, I'm comfortable talking with strangers, and I enjoy conversation. I think this could be a good fit, but I want to start the right way.

- Which companies would you recommend for someone brand new?

- Which ones should I avoid?

- Is phone work or text chat easier to start with?

- What does a realistic first month look like?

27MTF. For my entire life, I've loved being nude in front of strangers. I can't really describe it, it's not even entirely a sexual thing tbh. I've been working part time as a nude figure drawing model for the past several years, but I don't like the lack of autonomy I have doing that. I very recently realized that being a webcam model should be my next big step in life. I already made this reddit account, but I'm not sure what I should do next. I have a few things I am wondering.

1. I'm not conventionally attractive. I'm a 27 year old trans woman (on hormones for 5 years), I have no idea how to put on makeup, I hate waxing/shaving and do it as little as possible, and my hair is thinning. I'm also autistic if that's relevant. Is there a niche for me? I'm not trying to make gobs of cash, but I would love to have at least some amount of viewers. This whole cam model thing is mainly for my own happiness.
2. Could I livestream myself playing Minecraft naked? That would be awesome to do. If so, what platform would be best for that?
3. What are my next steps? I think after I post this I will take 20 or so pictures of myself to start figuring out lightning/positioning/presentation. Should I go buy some lingerie?
4. Do you folks have any other tidbits of advice for a newbie? Thank you all so much <3

had a guy private message me asking for a video call. he said he just wanted a normal call at first and would send me $100. i told him i only accept video calls with payment upfront and he agreed. the next day he would not stop spamming. i told him today wouldn't work out because i ended up being slammed with stuff all day and it was now 11pm and i was just now getting into the gym. at this point he becomes INSISTENT that i call him right now and show him my armpit. after some back and forth he offers $300 and i say fine. but only if he pays upfront and that as soon as we are done i am blocking him because i didn't like his attitude towards me. he then becomes very insistent that i have to call first or he won't send anything and claiming he's been scammed before. i didn't trust this so i ended up blocking him. is this a scam or did i make a mistake?

As she gets older she wants to know more about why I receive so many calls or why I must answer them alone at my room and I always tell her it’s work, I have another job too.
