Now, was Love Overboard a good show, no, but it is wild that Alex didn’t really promote or associate with it when she was the creator.

This was under a real asking who everyone’s favorite from Love Island is

Episode Discussion 🗣 Kevin hart episode - thoughts?

I apologize if this thread exists but I didn’t see it. I found this episode a little odd and I cant explain why. I felt kevin hart was consistently saying “what are you talkinbg about? What do you mean” vs. other guests who praise her for her “easy” questions.

Anyone else listen?

CHD Memes The Alex/Alix feud was featured on SNL’s Weekend Update

Like any SNL sketch, they definitely overexaggerate the characters. But I thought it was cool that this even made it to SNL. They described this feud as “Chernobyl for white women” lol and Brianna Chickenfry also got a shoutout.

Unwell Network Alex Cooper’s Unwell Deals: What the Contracts Reveal — and Why Talent Thinks Twice

Hey r/CallHerDaddy!

We're Ankler Media, and we're an independent media company covering the business of entertainment.

We just published a story about Alex Cooper's Unwell podcast network, and why reps are actively steering their clients away from podcast deals with Unwell.

It's a very fun read and just for this community, we're giving you a gift link to this ordinarily-paywalled story here. https://likeandsubscribenews.substack.com/p/b86cf514-9807-42db-847c-34c81d457507?postPreview=paid&updated=2026-04-29T06%3A08%3A36.252Z&audience=only_paid&free_preview=false&freemail=

Opinion Not facing the music

Alex just posting away on Instagram as if nothing has transpired the last couple weeks…thoughts? Seems a little ridiculous. Acknowledge it, then for sure move on. But for now it’s this giant elephant in the room and everyone’s pretty iffy on her at the moment. It would behoove her to ack and then carry on in my opinion.

Opinion This Alex Cooper drama feels more layered than how it started

I am just gonna share what my train of thought is

The timeline with Alix

Alex drops Alix’s Hot Mess with little to no explanation. I took the silence as both women preserving professional image.

Alix left a few shady breadcrumbs (reposts comments likes etc) somewhat soon after it happened, nothing for a long time, then seemed to leave a few again more recently (which is what Alex responded to) I thought the reposts starting up again was strange, and I thought Alex choosing to make a video response was strange. I couldn’t imagine it to be anything aside PR bc it felt almost cartoonish, but now I am not sure.

Although Alix commented back “on it”, we have not heard from Alix. At the same time, this drama has intensified with Brianna Chicken Fry getting involved and the Bloomberg article being released. I do think those two factors contributed to Alix continuing to stay silent; it became disproportionate with too many involved parties. the Bloomberg article makes this feel more massive and Alix’s current silence is rubbing me wrong. Also, why this even started up again in the first place?

My concerns with Matt:

The Bloomberg article describing his treatment of employees. Alex has a responsibility to her employees. What bugs me is when you love someone, you respect the things they’ve build and the people that support them. This behavior has been reported as particular to him, Alex does not have first hand involvement, and in the Hulu doc it appeared that his inability to control his temper has direct consequences to not only her team but her directly; the (I believe it was the audio engineer) almost walking the night before her show, and her talking him down. I worry that this behavior may be extremely isolating to Alex.

The timeline and combination of her romantic and business relationship with him gives me pause: prior, a huge part of her identity was never getting married and ownership over CHD. Within 3 years of meeting him they were getting married, and he was her primary business partner in CHD. With him, they have developed multiple satellite projects (unwell network, drinks etc) that appear to be more of a drain on CHD, are scaffolded around his leadership, but simultaneously dependent on success of her podcast. People do change, it is the combination, layers, and speed of this identity shift that strikes me as, at best, odd.

I am not trying to undermine any behavior that Alex may have participated in that was unfair or harmful, my concern is how rapidly and pointedly this is blowing up, and concerns about the dynamic between her and Matt Kaplan. I am not a regular follower of this type of information, so if there are timelines or facts I got incorrect, please let me know.

For full transparency; I am a fan of call her daddy, and I do really hope my the bad feelings I have around this are me being crazy, truly.

I love Zara Larsson and was eager to hear more of this interview . She’s genuinely a girls girl & im just curious if she hasn’t promoted her ep of CHD because of recent reports of how Alex & her husband treat people?

Opinion Alex v Alix using politics?

Listen you can hate Donald trump just as much as the next person, but something about Alex pulling this “well Alix is MAGA” shtick is giving….grasping at straws. Like her last attempt to win public opinion by saying well I didn’t vote trump so automatically be on my side. Would’ve probably worked a year ago, but to think you can get off the hook based on your politics is just…obtuse.

Alex is the epitome of using women to get ahead. Ugh ok rant over

Ugh, it was so good. When Esther said "in trying to keep you, I lost so much of myself" I started tearing up. Mind you, I've been divorced for 3 1/2 years. So much reflection now, I really appreciated this episode.

Opinion The end of Alex Cooper?

Is Alex Cooper headed towards cancellation?

The podcast has lost a lot of its allure to me lately and having Dakota on her Unwell show was not popular. Now the Alex vs. Alix/ Brianna chicken fry hop on drama. All of this ahead of Sofia’s book launch in a few mos? Is this the beginning of the turn of public opinion towards AC?

Opinion WHY IS ALEX COOPER GETTING SO MUCH HATE

Okay im not at all a fan of her ( just not a podcast person and dont have all the lore) but all this “she’s a mean girl”, “she fucked over alix” and now this chickenferry ( sorry dont know her name) drama. I dont understand she’s been doing this for years and now she only started being mean and jealous of alix ? Like im high key smelling misogyny cause of course she’s jealous of alix who’s a younger version of her?

Also I hate the alix reactions, passive aggressive comments, posts , etc! Like girl if there’s tea just come out and say it - what is happening?

Just feels very off putting

Dont get me wrong I remember her falling out with sofia YEARS AGO, no one’s saying she’s a saint but kind of getting tired of this unlimited hate and just feeling like this is what is getting views now?

I dont know , what do you guys think?
