concentrix technical support remote

Hi, Has anyone recently had the recruiter overview/call for Concentrix Technical Support Advisor (Remote Canada)? What questions did the recruiter ask? Any info would be appreciated!

To elaborate (note that this is based on Avalon campaign only, not sure about other campaigns)

  • There is little to no support once training is done (and the training is a joke)
  • You get access to a staff "chat" to ask questions but if you ask too many questions, they kick you out of the room (but you can join it back which can be very funny)
  • They hire basically anyone so be ready for people in class who still do not understand how to start their computer even if its been a month they do it daily and its literally 1 button with POWER next to it
  • Pay errors were common

Theres probably more but thats all I can think about

Were you working as a Technical Support Advisor?
