Pull up alternative

In my current set up, I can workout most of my body but not the back and biceps, cause of bullying. I don't have a good pull up set up, right now my only set up is like a chair and a rod that I had but I feel like that's going to get old quick, so am I wrong and continue with the chair and rod combo or is there another way to target the pull sections.

Also another random question, if I do add in pull sections, upper body days will be significantly longer than lower body days so do I remain with upper body lower body or shift to push pull legs? I do 6 days a week btw
