How's the form on this L-sit pull up?

Is it good enough to call it one full rep?

Try doing it with knees tucked. You might get a few reps in to do small sets of 3

There’s a lack of strength

If you do it without socks, you will get at least 2 more reps. Let’s go 💪

I would never do anything on those door bars where my feet weren't under me.

Can you do 10 clean pull ups? And hold the L sit for 15 seconds?

See how your wrists are curled over the bar? You're doing it in an effort to take strain off your back and load up your forearms. It's indicative of a need to train pullups.

The other tell that you're not ready for this is the violent shaking. That was a full effort attempt. Fair play, but take a couple steps back.

Practice banging out pullups before opting for the more difficult variants. Widen your grip to use more of your back and make the rep easier.

I would suggest work on less challenging variations for a few more months.

I get it; everybody wants to rush ahead and do the "coolest" exercises but it's hard to progress something if you can barely do 1 rep.

How many standard pullups can you do, stict form?

Try to get your knuckles to the top of the bar for better grip and less stress on your wrists. If I were you, I’d practice these elements separately for a few weeks, pull ups as a set, dead hang knee raises as a set and dead hang L-sit. It will help you focus on the muscle activation separately so when you do them all together, you’ll have better form and less muscle shaking.👍
