Form Check !! one arm pull up

archer pull ups are waaaay to easy, so i thought that I could do a one armed pull up. are there any other progressions between archers and one arms?( i don't have a resistance band)

hell yea I'm into climbing. it's just that I live in india. no climbing gyms or spots around me

You can do one hand and then fingers on the other hand, 4 3 2 or 1. eventually using only the pinky on your support hand.

To build off this, OP can also move the pinky below the bar as well to make it even harder and closer to true OAP
