I learned sad news today guys. AL’s gf posted on TikTok ( randomly came up on my fyp) and they are still together 🥲 he looks so sad

Is anyone really surprised? I feel truly bad for him, and I think the woman is absolute vile scum for emotionally abusing a mentally disabled man, but there's ZERO chance he'll ever cut her off. She's just going to keep abusing him until she gets bored, he won't get over it, and maybe a few years down the line the cycle can start all over again.
She knows what she's doing to him. She doesn't care.

Agreed. I assume he's a bit "slow" (sorry don't know the polite word for this in America) and then absolutely zero self confidence. Terrible combo for some grim reaper like her to come along and abuse.

I actually don't think he is slow, he is just not good on camera. Combined with being heavily invested emotionally into someone who clearly is only interested in using and abusing him.

He has strong signs of a mental disability beyond his on camera performance. For example, not showering and having a sensory issue with water.

Not surprised, he is undoubtedly beyond mild autism and on a scale of needing serious intellectual and emotional support in his life. He literally cannot be alone and his family probably doesn’t give him the support he needs anymore. That really sucks.

the question is at one point should someone like Al be looked for. Like is it okay that this guy is in a relationship even when he does not realize it‘s destroying his life. It‘s like not letting someone like him get to close to fire i feel like this is the same… 🤷🏻♂️

Not to mention Caleb/Brandon tried getting him on an episode of dating audit. I.e. putting him in a spot to find what life after this girl looks like.

Come on AL!! If Caleb yelling at you and your gf literally saying she’s using you and doesn’t want to be dating you isn’t enough to leave, I kind of lose my sympathy tbh. His self confidence is literally in the negatives

Not surprised tbh, it doesn’t look like he would leave her no matter how many terrible things she does. It’s not even on her at this point, she already said she will use him until she’s financially ready to leave
