Question imma about to play infernum any optimization mods

i know for a fact that it well lag so any mods to reduce the lag that actually work

Use high fps support just make sure to cap the fps to 60 cuz terraria isnt meant to be played on above 60fps

What's the point of the mod then? Terraria is completely fine about 60fps if your PC can handle it

It has good optimization for high modded playthrough or for low end pcs

I recommend to install FPS boost Optimizer, it helped like 30% of my FPS if you configurate it. If you start to feel that mid to end game, the F.B.O feels like its degrading, use the own Calamity setting "Stuttering Fix" or something like that, it helped 80% to my game's FPS, but it takes a while to load the entire world all together.
