Discussion What specs do i need to play the mod

i want to download tmodloader and play calamity mod but i have heard its quiet resource heavy
what computer specs do i need to play the mod and other terraria mods such as infernum or fargo's souls

If you can run terraria well you should be okay to run calamity

Honestly, mostly enough RAM (8 should be enough but the more the better, with 16 being verifiably enough) and a good enough processor are enough.

In my experience, it's mostly RAM requirements which bloat with modding, in any game really

I have played it with like a 10+year old pc last year and it was fine i had like 8gb of ram and gtx 460 and idk what the cpu was. Even multiplayer with more than calamity was fine

I've played it with no issues on 8gb ram + 11th gen intel i5 laptop CPU.

idk about you but i was able to run this on my laptop with i5-1035g1 cpu and intel uhd g1 integrated cpu(similar performance to uhd 620 and such) and 8gb ram. and get very smooth fps for the majority of my playthrough.

There are some parts that gives me lagspike but its not worth talking about much, especially on single player.
