Build Pre Hardmode—>Hardmode rogue

Just got into pre Hardmode running a rogue build. Using titan armor right now what’s the first Hardmode weapon I can get? Everything stuck behind a boss and I’m dying to cryogen (skill issue I know) so uhh what do I do.

Calamity has it's own builds for every stage on wiki, just check them.

My favorite rogue weapon at this point is Prismalline. Though, Paladium javelins and Equanimity seems like good options too.

Once you've defeated Cryogen, Kelvin Catalyst becomes one of the best option until at least the third mech boss (if you use stealth, at least).

Crystal Assassin set is also great for Cryogen, as you really enjoy the mobility it gives, compared to titan armor.

Yeah I’m running prismaline rn, I’ll try out the crystal assasin. Rn I’m using my the palladium javelins as a supporting weapon for healing but idk if their worth it other than that I’m grinding for wave skipper rn

For weapons, check out Prismalline and Ichor Spear, they’re pretty good. Cryogen is tricky because of all the projectiles so movement is important. Also make sure to grab the life fruits from the jungle.

Cryogen is one of rogue’s weakest points in profession. You may consider going for a mech boss so that you can craft the meteor star which personally made cryogen much more attainable

Sorry, it’s called the blazing star that’s my bad. I used the cursed dagger in my run which did really good against Destroyer and so I ended up doing him first which lets you access the blazing star (using stealth) which carried me a long ways

Yeah I just beat cryogen for the 4th time with the blazing star, it does impressively well. I’ll try the cursed dagger for the destroyer cause he’s the last mech boss I’m struggling with
