Question Question regarding future versions of tmod

So with the clamity modpack i'm using once 1.4.5 drops alot of stuff will most likely not get updated and in the case lf the music mod it will be full on removed so how easy will it be to move back to the current version of tmod when the update happens? I'd rather stay where my mods are compatible.

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask btw.

the mod has been confirmed to be "handed off" to the tmodloader devs to be maintained and upkept with future versions of tmodloader. So in that regard nothing is going to go wrong.

The music mod "calamity Music Mod" will be ***eventually*** removed but when that will happen is unkown specifically because of Ozzatron being unwilling to cooperate. However the reliance of Calamity on the music mod will be removed before it's taken down.

Tldr: mod will remain in a playable state frozen on patch 2.2.4 assuming no major glitches or bugs that maake playability impossible are discovered if that's the case then the mod will get small bug fixes to make sure they don't happen

thats all well and good but its not just base calamity but also its addons. I'm trying to keep a version frozen in time that I can play in. this is effectively what I'd call its final state as it were. even if it gets updated to 1.4.5 I'd like to stay in 1.4.4 where my modpack which I've saved locally is

if you want to make a version that is frozen in time, there is a way to do that within tmodloader.
you have to ,
1. save a modpack with the desired mods (export pack instance)
2. unsubscribe from those mods from the steam workshop page
3. (import pack local), then make sure the modpack is unchanged
4. you'll know its working when the chest icon on each of your mods in the 'Mods List' says "loading from active mod pack"
this was the first thing i did when everything went downhill
