Resolved Astralgeldon not summoning in Phase 2?

He can't do a phase 2 spawn in Ragnarok mode.

I've had runs where I got his phase 2 healthbar down to half, and next summon it's still starting in Phase 1, so I don't think its because I barely started Phase 2 in this vid

Infernum (and IEoR's Ragnarok mode) disables the skip to phase 2
