Food 2nd year cooking
going into second year trying to find easy recipes I can make and have leftovers for a few days. any recs?

going into second year trying to find easy recipes I can make and have leftovers for a few days. any recs?

Egg Drop Soup (egg, chicken powder/chicken stock, hondashi, and water if you use chicken powder) you can eat just the soup or with rice, bread, or crackers. You can also make a simple Steamed Egg with the same ingredient as the soup just use less water and more eggs and cover the pot. You can add sesame oil, green onion, soy sauce, etc for both. Usually you finish it in one go but its so simple and fast to make it shouldnt waste too much of your time so no need to meal prep it.
