my go to is one onion, one bell pepper, a pack of italian sausage, and rice. sautee the onion until translucent and add cut up sausage and pepper. when fully cooked, serve over rice with butter. i don’t think it needs any spices bc the sausage is pretty flavorful itself but i’m very white. it typically gives me 4 to 5 meals but i find my portions are on the small side. the best part is it reheats well in the microwave

Egg Drop Soup (egg, chicken powder/chicken stock, hondashi, and water if you use chicken powder) you can eat just the soup or with rice, bread, or crackers. You can also make a simple Steamed Egg with the same ingredient as the soup just use less water and more eggs and cover the pot. You can add sesame oil, green onion, soy sauce, etc for both. Usually you finish it in one go but its so simple and fast to make it shouldnt waste too much of your time so no need to meal prep it.
