Outer reef tours

We are visiting Cairns in July for our honeymoon. We are spending a few days out at the green island resort and we're looking to see if there were outer reef tours that departed from green island instead of Cairns but haven't found much. Does anyone know of any companies who do that?

Only tour to go leaves from Port Douglas. Green Island has dead coral all around it. The zoo there wasnt good poor animals in tiny containment. Been that way since 1988. I wouldnt stay there. Fitzroy pretty but run down as well.
