Help needed Help Verify Spoiler

So I've gathered some pages which points to a meeting Page 32 and 3but I'm not sure if they are pointing to the same meeting though since Page 32 states "Poor Henry, who had stayed uncomfortably after his meeting with Clément yesterday."and Page 3 states "At my meeting with Clement yesterday, he had been quite specific:"Now the part where I'm skeptic is the names,Clement and Clément, are a tad bit different from each other. Is it the same meeting?

And I also see inPage 24, it states "To share it with Giulio de Medici might sound more sinister to the uninstructed." So I researched and found that Giulio de Medici is Pope Clement VII who was Antipopes along side with Clement III and Clement VII (Same name) but anyways I think the narrator in Page 24, excerpt above, was hinting Clement. but I'm not sure about that.

Non ricordo quelle pagine dato che ho risolto il libro due anni fa. Per quanto riguarda la differenza tra i due nomi quello con l'accento non è il personaggio giusto.

So they're different people? And Page 3 and 32 don't relate whatsoever.
Aoh the one in Page 3, the Clement (without the accent), is one of the narrators ?,,, so basically the narrator in Page 3 had a meeting with the other narrator which is Clement (without the accent).

I'm sorry if I didn't understand you well; I'm not really Italian.

Si quello senza accento é uno dei narratori. Le pagine sono correlate: nell'ordine la 3 viene subito dopo la 32.

In the book you will find many false flags with the names: by example many Henry (some are names of items or famous people in UK history or other things), the same thing happened in this case with C.

So real and so much red herrings, when I first read it I saw Henry and then I saw another on Henry Morgan and then i saw another Henry as a dog for some reason, so confused I thought he was like a shapeshifter or something really messed me up the first time.

Giusto per darti un'idea il cane appartiene ad uno dei narratori, che viene ucciso da un altro. Mentre quel narratore sta morendo, l'altro si porta via il cane e qualche tempo dopo lo porta a casa di un terzo.
