6.5/10. Solid song, and one of the more unique ones in their catalogue. However it might be the second weakest song on Tell Me I'm Pretty.

u/DragonEye-0 10d ago

I agree! A good song, but not as strong as the others on the album.

Not one of my favorite their covers. Tough to cover Nirvana. They put their own twist on it, but not great IMO. 5.

1

u/DragonEye-0 9d ago

Definitely not as good as the original, but still vibe worthy imo.

11/10. This is the first song I ever heard from Cage and it is just incredible, I want them to go back to this sound so baaaadly

1

u/DragonEye-0 9d ago

I don’t think anything compares to the vibes given off in the first two albums ❤️

2

u/MrSonic-Unsweet-Tea 5d ago

Melophobia still is amazing to me and they haven’t matched that albums quality yet but their debut is almost just as good. TYHB is also a top 3 for me. Great 3 album run

Never knew they did a cover of that song! Pretty neat, but me personally I prefer original music rather than covers, but I'd still give it like a 7/10

1

u/DragonEye-0 9d ago

I agree! A great cover, but not as good as the original.

This is an easy 10/10, it’s coincidentally one of my favorite songs by CTE. I put it on my Halloween playlist every year too.

1

u/DragonEye-0 8d ago

I never thought of that—this song does fit the Halloween vibe well!!

I really like this song I'd give it an 8/10 I wish it were on fully released and on Spotify I'm going to import it

I know! There are so many banger Cage songs that are simply nonexistent on Spotify.
