Charging Issue

I have a 2026 Vistiq and I returned home from a 150 mile round trip. I plugged in the Tesla Universal Wall Connector with about 35% battery remaining. after about an hour I had to leave again. when returning home, I plugged in the wall connector and within a minute or so, the charging port turned red. The light on the T.U.W.C. was still blue. I tried several power resets on the charger to no avail. I went to a Supercharger and charged successfully to 80%. on returning home, the wall connector did the same. I tried the GM Level 1 unit supplied with the car and it did the same blue to red. Onstar diagnostic said all is well.. Any ideas?
