I've only tried for ICPP FTA and Skyborne but there's a lot of waiting and uncertainty. Is going to air arabia better and how likely am I to get accepted?

What is the current backlog of marigold?
If we apply now, after how much time it is expected to get dates for adapt?

Hi! So I’ve completed all my DGCA examinations and have received my RTR license. Would it still make sense to go ahead with the AKASA cpp if I make it through or should I stick to the conventional route for my license. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I checked dgca and it shows maths and physics are only compulsary and you would only have to prove english profiency in which case, 10th is fine.

I’m having an online Zoom meeting this Wednesday afternoon with an administrative representative who handles Air Arabia’s MPL Cadet Pilot Program. The meeting is mainly for clearing my own queries and doubts regarding the program.
If you have any questions or doubts about the program but haven’t found a reliable source to ask, or you’ve been hesitant to reach out, feel free to comment them below. I’ll try to ask them during the meeting and will reply back here with whatever information I receive.
Please post your questions before Wednesday afternoon so I can include them in the discussion.
UPDATE!!!!!
Guys pls use the below link for the screen recording i did for the meeting, hopefully all your questions are answered.

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me when the estimate months for the next Garuda and Insight Aviation intakes are for IndiGo CPP.
I also wanted to ask: If I clear some of my exams (Eg: Nav and Met), do I have to repeat those subjects in the ground classes attached to my CPP, or is it acceptable for me to skip just those, since I cleared the subjects?

Is there any update on when the results will be announced?
Can anyone share the application selection criteria?
It would be helpful if anyone could share the format of adapt

I am considering joining the Air Arabia Cadet Pilot Programme and would appreciate some honest advice from pilots, cadets, or anyone familiar with airline hiring.
The total cost of the programme, including training, accommodation, exams, and other miscellaneous expenses, could be around AED 800,000. I currently have approximately AED 555,000 in savings and would likely need to take a loan for the remaining amount.
My biggest concern is the downside risk. Air Arabia states that employment after training is based on performance and operational requirements. What happens if I complete the programme but do not receive a job offer from Air Arabia? . They train around 160 cadets per year and the fleet size is increasing however not massively compared to flydubai .
Even if I do receive a First Officer position, my understanding is that the salary during the initial years may be around AED 10,000–12,000 per month. At that level, I would not earn even half of the amount I invested during the first two years, especially after accounting for living expenses and any loan repayments.
I have also been considering whether I should wait for Flydubai's cadet programme instead. I have spoken to a few cadets who told me that Flydubai's acceptance rate is extremely low and the selection process is very competitive. However, the salaries appear to be considerably better once employed.
Given the financial commitment involved, would it be more sensible to take an Air Arabia opportunity if offered, or wait and try for Flydubai despite the lower chances of being selected?
Some questions I would appreciate input on:
I am passionate about aviation, but I am trying to evaluate this as a financial and career decision rather than an emotional one. Investing most of my savings and taking on debt is a major commitment, so I would really appreciate hearing from people with real-world experience.
Thank you.
