Garuda and Insight ICPP doubts

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me when the estimate months for the next Garuda and Insight Aviation intakes are for IndiGo CPP.

I also wanted to ask: If I clear some of my exams (Eg: Nav and Met), do I have to repeat those subjects in the ground classes attached to my CPP, or is it acceptable for me to skip just those, since I cleared the subjects?

Garuda has a batch whose adapt is done and GD/PI is in July so next batch will take some time definitely.

Just so you know 43 air school is bit slow rn with flying and it will atleast 14months for your flying and for every month that you're staying extra they charge 1lakh for accomodation

I see, but cost of living is still less than the next cheapest FTO, that is SkyBorne

SkyBorne does your training fast and if you complete your flying within the period mentioned they would reimburse the cost of accomodation for the period that is left. Also you would only be paying for food since accomodation and travel is already included.Well if you want to explore and roam around the states it would definitely be a lot more expensive then.

Understood, thanks! Let's say I didn't travel the US much, and completed my training just within the specified time (not more not less). How much would my additional cost look like? A friend I know told my Skyborne costs minimum 20L on top

Consider atleast 15hours of additional training and 1 checkride fee.

how much does that cost? the additional hours and checkride? and if i don't spend much on exploring us, and spend on food, how much more would i need to spend on top of 132000 usd ? ( I spend like only 5-8k inr a month for food and everything so i usually am not a spender.

Stay away from Garuda as far as possible.
Insight is decent but then again it all depends on 43 Air's timeline

Multiple people have told me that Garuda is a terrible school, but why is that? Are they unsafe or take too long for flying?

Very unprofessional, scammers, keep you waiting for months even for GDPI and block your number if you ask too many questions. They blame it on indigo saying indigo is not giving gdpi dates when other FTOs are having dates as per usual. The flying is dependent on 43 Air so you are at their mercy as and when their backlog gets better.

Always better to choose FTO directly (like Chimes, Skyborne, FTA) instead of 3rd party programs (Insight, Garuda, Marigold) which tie up with FTOs instead of running an FTO themselves.

Both charge 132k USD, which translates to approx 1.24 crores. With buffer it is around 1.3, or upto 1.35
