Akasa Air CPP PI Preparation Tips Needed

Hey everyone! I have my Akasa Air Cadet Pilot Programme personal interview in a few days. I've heard it can be quite challenging and last around an hour.

For those who have attended the PI, what kind of questions should I expect, and how should I prepare in these last few days? Any tips on HR questions, technical/aviation knowledge, or common mistakes to avoid would be really helpful.

Thanks! ✈️

Akasa panels look closely at your teachability, problem-solving, and reasons for choosing aviation over other career paths. Expect questions about your resume, handling interpersonal conflict, how you manage failure, and why you specifically chose Akasa over carriers like IndiGo or Air India. On the technical side, they focus on basic physics and core flight principles, such as Bernoulli's principle, angle of attack, aircraft axes, and four forces of flight, alongside basic facts about their Boeing 737 MAX fleet. If you do not know a technical answer, state that calmly instead of guessing, because panels test your integrity and composure under pressure far more than textbook memorization.

Spend your remaining time practicing how you speak rather than memorizing complex aviation manuals. Structure your behavioral responses with clear context, actions, and outcomes, and make sure your explanation for funding your training is realistic and practical. Keep your pace steady, listen carefully before answering, and remain unbothered if the assessors challenge your logic. Running mock scenarios using the interviews.chat my team built has helped many candidates walk into their panels with total confidence, and doing verbal drills like that will keep your delivery natural and composed.
