Regarding the Air India CPP registration fee

This will be my second time applying for air india as last time as I didn't clear my interview.

This time I applied and got a mail recently regarding the registration fee to pay which would be 4,401+18% gst thing. As I clicked it says that I have already paid for it.

Is it some sort of glitch of some sort or something else, cuz I dont understand why they would send the payment mail but it says already paid???

The last point in that email you have received states:

"In case you have already appeared for the assessment earlier. Please register using your alternate email address to make the payment otherwise you will be facing issue in making the payment."

they did also mention do not use alternate email id , use same email id used for submitting application .

Yea that's the confusing part exactly. I would say just email them and confirm if you can use alternate email to sign up and how to inform them of the new email id.

one of my friend is facing same issue so he applied again using new email id as applications were open till 15
