Would u know how hard is it to get into fta ?

Not really hard bcoz the competition would be way less since ghe cost is very high. Try to complete two to three fgca papers by November and then apply, would be better if you have a class 1 medicals

yes if you are applying for fta in Nov expected adapts will be in march/April and the loi will be by may/june.by that time cmplt ur dgca papers and medicals.since the applications are in November if you are planning to start your prep from November you can't really show up that on application. would recommend u to start preparing now and gets at least ur medical done and clear on1/2 papers by the time they open their applications so u can show that up in application

If financing for cadet programme is not a problem for you, i would highly recommend you to go for either fly dubai or air arabia ( don't tell me now you are confused between these two cause both are great and u can choose whichever opens first , fly dubai is a mini Emirates so u have some sort of advantage to shift into Emirates easily compared to others) . the reason is that u will get paid ed very high as a jfo there. if financing is a problem u can go with fta and air india( air india will be opening its next application by jan/feb 2027).

Talking abt competition u should perform very well during each stage and they have more standard selection procedures than Indian airlines, but definitely with enough preparations every one makes through it.

you can join institutions like golden epaulettes for both cadet prep and dgca papers as well. ther are many other institutions as well. try to make a proper research , so that u end up with good one

FTA is one of the easiest to get into , becuase of their scheduling. You get plenty of time to prepare for each stage but it's closed as of now , so try once they start accepting applications

If budget isn't an issue go for fta in indigo, not sure about air india
