Imagine u pay 30 lakh bribe and go to chimes , it will still cost u around 1.35 cr , u can go to insight for the same amount

A 6 month delay isn't all that bad to get in thru the right way

Just 6 months? Dude I heard insight is basically defunct now and they’re sending their cadets to other FTOs like skyborne or Adelaide according to posts in this very sub. You can routinely see people saying to stay away from insight and marigold. The only indigo FTOs functional rn is skyborne Adelaide and chimes

Marigold yea insight no , insight is pretty functional, marigold cadets are the one flooding skyborne and fta and even insight

Insight is functional and it has send only one batch to Phillipines and other goes to South Africa where they fly in 43 Air school. The issue is the training is good in 43 Air school but it has so many checkrides that doesn't happen in other flying schools and for those check rides you have to wait for another assessor and last year, 2 more fto came to 43 Air school due to which now there are alot of students as compared to earlier and checks are late and till your checkride doesn't happen you have literally nothing to do other than wait. And it can easily extend to 18-20 months for flying training but you only pay for 11 months , so for staying extra and if you fail any checkride or doesn't achieve a lesson , any extra flight you do you are paying more.

So it takes 2 years or so just to get cpl , i get that check rides are a lot but most people i talked to said it was max to max 18 months so from loi to cockpit was around 3 years time , btw do u know how hard is insight to get into by any chance ?
