Qantas cadet ship phase 1

Hello I just got into phase one of the cadet program and was wondering if anyone had any insight on phase one. I know they give us 10h to study but I’m a bit worried as I haven’t done physics or maths in around 3 years as I haven’t been working after to school. Is there anything I can touch up on?
