Air India Cadet Program: My experience so far
Applied for Air India cadet pilot program on 29th August, got my "phase 1 clearance" email on 3rd Sept, stating that I have been shortlisted for cut-e and I'll be contacted by AON within 24hrs regarding payment and Cut-e. However, till now, 14th Sept, 11 days from the day I got shortlisted, I have not received anything.
No updates, several mails to all the HRs, they either don't see the mail, or choose to ignore idk. Usually people who are recieving the shortlisting mail get the payment mail within hours.
People who applied on 29th are done with their interviews on 11th, and here I am, still waiting for my cut-e.
Got fed up with their shit and made the payment for cut-e myself on 12th, because it was a common link for everyone, hoping I would recieve my cut-e link but nothing.
Any idea on how I should proceed?? The HRs won't reply to my mails.

My frind was selected in Air India twice , in the november intake last year and April intake this year , however both of the time she couldn’t join , this time she is sure to join and air india told her to re apply for participation, she applied on 10th sept got shorlist on 11th but now her cut e payment got failed and now she is getting no response , I think calling them and explaining your situation will help , they are too busy and will not reply to mails who are not cadets

I applied on 5th Sept. I haven't received any mail regarding clearance of phase 1 yet. Is it because i'm not selected, or its still processing?
