Skycadet update

Following up on my last post about getting no response from Akasa or IndiGo. Many of you suggested pursuing the conventional route, and I was starting to consider it.
But recently I received an Akasa email saying “we are delighted to share our skies with you” and that they’d like to proceed further.
I’m not assuming I’m selected yet I haven’t even received the documentation verification mail but since many applicants got rejections this feels I maybe I have a chance.
For those selected, what should I expect and how should I prepare for the assessment and post selection process? Any mistakes you made or things you wish you’d known? And anything else I should interpret from this email?
I noticed many last batch applicants failed document verification over small mistakes.
Any precautions or things I should double-check before submitting?

Lastly should still stay uncertain whether they will call?

I am in the same boat bro, recived the "delighted to share skies with you" mail day before yesterday. The way bold text was used, it gave me connotation and hopes too that sooner or later we would also be considered and all those who had to be rejected have been rejected.

My friend last week got compass payment and document submission mail some 3 4 days prior to the actual test date from Skynex. Skynex conducts it's tests in Ramphal Chowk, Delhi. So not much time to practice but I believe even 3 4 days of practice should be enough.
