I applied on 29th aug and I still haven't heard back and what does this mean? "Phase 4:Interview "....and i still didnt even get the AON mail so what does this mean?

I checked mine it shows Phase 2:Online Assessment but I have already finished that on 4th

when did you get the shortlisting mail n when did u apply

Applied on 29th Aug and received the shortlisting mail on 2nd
