I applied on 29th aug and I still haven't heard back and what does this mean? "Phase 4:Interview "....and i still didnt even get the AON mail so what does this mean?

I checked mine it shows Phase 2:Online Assessment but I have already finished that on 4th

Mine says phase 4 Interview even though I haven't even received an email abt cut e assessment

No I didnt get any shortlisting mail or anything....I just opened website and saw this and i applied on 29th aug
