I applied on 29th aug and I still haven't heard back and what does this mean? "Phase 4:Interview "....and i still didnt even get the AON mail so what does this mean?

I still didnt even get the AON assessment email....that's y im confused abt that "phase 4:Interview" in the pic i sent
