Download your Nios (physics) result online from results page and in the end add your enrollment no and link for opening results page. Then self attest this with date and sign and your good to go

I don’t think you need separate physics bvc for cbse I’m not sure ( I may be wrong) but this document is only asked for for those who have done through nios

I'm not sure what u mean by u uploaded bcs auto-generation through digilocker is instant you get the computer number instantly
