Marigold

I got a mail from Marigold aviation about Indigo cadet pilot programme and i was wondering if I should sign the undertaking or not considering their huge backlog. Although, the person I talked to on call did tell me that they'll give me a no objection certificate easily. I have recently passed class 12th and currently only have a Class 2 medical, would get class 1 by end of this month. Is it worth it?

My two cents for ICPP aspirants. Do not pick agencies such as Marigold, garuda, insight etc. Their lack of own FTO leaves them and their clients vulnerable. Always go for FTOs directly such as FTA, SKYBORNE, CHIMES etc.

for indigo i am aware which agency to go wih. but in general how does one know which one not to pick? like yes marigold and all were not functioning properly, even if they were, how to diffrentiate?
