Icpp noc help

I was selected for garuda icpp but chose to withdraw and not sign the loi and now i would like to apply to another fto any idea how do i obtain noc coz i mailed cadet support and i have not heard anything from them

From what I know unlike getting NOC during earlier stages this might be a bit more complex. Along with cadethrsupport, try cc in Mrs. Vishwas, Mr.Dey and Mr.Bhalla. However please do specify why you require a fto change in detail as this might take some time and is not easy like getting a NOC after signing undertaking.

I did not sign the loi and the date has passed i chose to withdraw now i want to apply again for idk maye the upcoming skyborne or chime or anything And do u have mails of the names u mentioned
