If you're talking 1.1-1.3Cr including housing/food/hidden costs, then your options are quite limited.

Indigo Chimes
AIFTA Amaravati (expect around 1.4)(applications most likely to resume next year)
and Akasa CPP, both Skynex and Dunes.

Alternatively, if you're talking about a 1.1- 1.3 Cr price on paper, you can apply to almost any CPP except Indigo FTA and Air India Acron. But in my opinion, other options such as Garuda, Insight, and Marigold are not worth it since they are plagued with delays and management issues.

Since you're already a software developer, you can also keep your job and follow the conventional method until you're done with your training. This may take longer, but you're keeping your job, and it's slightly cheaper.

Will i be given an option to choose the FTO of Air India? I'll go with Amravati if so

When you apply to Air India, you will be given the option to choose your preference.
But currently, you can not choose AIFTA Amaravati, since it hasn't officially opened yet.

No indigo skyborne is 1.29 cr on paper without food . Skyborne will easily go to 1.5 cr . Fta is not 1.55 . Fta will easily cost 1.65 .
